During the epidemics, it is necessary to practice personal exercise for immunity in the public health domain. Yoga is one of the healthful methods to boost the natural stimulation of the mind and body and renew oneself. The 'Yogasree Online Yoga Study Center' is an exclusive platform to familiarize you with Yoga and reap its benefits. ‘Breath is relief’; an exceptional yoga program developed by the 'Yogasree Yoga Study Center' supplements the same. Starting with the subtle exercises of taming the body, this action plan comprising asanas, pranayama, and meditation, is an advisable Yoga plan for everyone. Yogasree puts forward this plan intending to make it available across Kerala. Nurses, police, healthcare workers and volunteers, socio-political activists, government officials, teachers, and the general public, who have battled the corona and survived, will benefit from the ‘Breath is relief’ Yoga classes. This program includes several beneficial breathing exercises to ease their mental and physical stress. It is hoped that, these classes, which run two days a week and last for three months, will have the chance to be implemented at the panchayat level.
